The staff was wonderfully supportive and ensured I had everything I needed (the welcome drink was a lovely touch! ). The spa services offered were exceptional, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring. The restaurant offered delicious meals included in my very reasonable rate!
The room did have a noticeable smell that could have been better addressed.

A pleasant stay with a good vibe! The views from the 17th-floor lounge are amazing, and they whip up some great cocktails. I walked to Sukhbaatar Square in about 30 minutes, getting some exercise on the way. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day.

We had a wonderful stay exploring Ulaanbaatar's sights, especially the nearby Gandantegchinlen Monastery. The location was perfect and made navigating with our two kids easy. The front desk provided excellent suggestions for local tours, making our trip even more memorable.
My wife says that the air conditioning was inadequate.

I stayed for 1 night in the Deluxe Room with a King Bed, and it was super comfy! The bed felt plush, and the room had a nice view. There were toiletries provided, and breakfast was a good spread. Only downside was the bathroom maintenance. it had a few hiccups but nothing major. Overall, a solid night’s stay!
